The site currently uses Google Site Kit to load a Google Analytics tracking tag in addition to ordinary WordPress hosting and security services. We explain this existing setup below. This policy applies to the website at https://breedingcalculator.net and does not control third-party websites that you visit by following external links.
Information you provide voluntarily
The website does not currently require visitors to create a game account to browse its pages. We do not ask for gaming passwords, access tokens, bank information, or financial credentials. If we later provide a contact or error-reporting channel, visitors may choose to submit a name, email address, message, browser information, game version, calculator input values, or evidence needed to reproduce a reported error.

Data processed for basic website operation
As with most websites, technical systems that deliver, protect and cache web pages may process the IP address associated with a request, requested URL, date and time, browser details, approximate device information, error logs and security events. These records may be handled by the hosting provider, WordPress software and active infrastructure services as needed for operation, security, maintenance, abuse prevention and diagnostics.
Technical logs do not normally include the content of form fields you never submit. Retention periods and processing arrangements can vary by hosting provider and log type. We aim to limit access to operational records and retain them no longer than reasonably necessary for the relevant purposes or legal requirements.
Browser-based calculator inputs
Our preferred calculator architecture uses JavaScript running in the visitor’s browser, so routine game settings can be used to produce a result without necessarily sending the entries to our server. This is a design goal, not a blanket guarantee for features that have not yet launched.
If a future tool uses remote services, synchronization, accounts or server-side submissions, its page should explain those functions. Optional locally stored preferences or recent results, if added, may be removed by clearing site data or using private browsing. A local setting ordinarily does not synchronize across different devices.

WordPress, hosting, caching and website security systems may use cookies or similar storage for necessary functions, such as administrator authentication, security, preferences and content delivery. A Google tag loads in the public pages and can send information about page views and other website interactions to Google, subject to browser settings and the site’s consent configuration. Google Analytics can process device and browser information, activity such as visited pages and interactions, and IP address information during collection; Google says GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. We did not detect an active advertising network script in the public page during this review. If advertising, affiliate tracking or additional third-party services are introduced, this policy should be updated before those changes go live. Visitors in some regions may have rights to opt in or out of nonessential tracking; the website operator must implement a suitable consent mechanism where required.
External sources and third parties
Our pages may link to official game documentation, publisher websites, or independently maintained community references. A link does not automatically mean that we share visitor information with the linked website. Once you visit a third-party service, its own terms and privacy practices govern how it handles your data. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent websites.
