Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be processed when you visit BreedingCalculator.net, an independent website preparing game-breeding calculators. Our services and third-party integrations may change as the site develops. We will review this policy before introducing new analytics, ads, registration, or contact features.

Who operates the website

BreedingCalculator.net is an independently operated online gaming utility project. It is not affiliated with the developers or publishers of games described on the site. This policy applies to the website at https://breedingcalculator.net and does not control third-party websites that you visit by following external links.

Information you provide voluntarily

The website does not currently require visitors to create a game account to browse its pages. We do not ask for gaming passwords, access tokens, bank information, or financial credentials. If we later provide a contact or error-reporting channel, visitors may choose to submit a name, email address, message, browser information, game version, calculator input values, or evidence needed to reproduce a reported error.

We would use such submitted information only for purposes related to the request, such as responding, investigating a bug, improving accuracy, preventing abuse, or maintaining a record of an issue when justified. For enquiries, email contact@breedingcalculator.net.

Data processed for basic website operation

As with most websites, technical systems that deliver, protect and cache web pages may process the IP address associated with a request, requested URL, date and time, browser details, approximate device information, error logs and security events. These records may be handled by the hosting provider, WordPress software and active infrastructure services as needed for operation, security, maintenance, abuse prevention and diagnostics.

Technical logs do not normally include the content of form fields you never submit. Retention periods and processing arrangements can vary by hosting provider and log type. We aim to limit access to operational records and retain them no longer than reasonably necessary for the relevant purposes or legal requirements.

Browser-based calculator inputs

Our preferred calculator architecture uses JavaScript running in the visitor’s browser, so routine game settings can be used to produce a result without necessarily sending the entries to our server. This is a design goal, not a blanket guarantee for features that have not yet launched.

If a future tool uses remote services, synchronization, accounts or server-side submissions, its page should explain those functions. Optional locally stored preferences or recent results, if added, may be removed by clearing site data or using private browsing. A local setting ordinarily does not synchronize across different devices.

Cookies and similar technologies

WordPress, website security tools, caching systems and hosting infrastructure may use cookies or comparable storage for legitimate operational purposes, such as administrator authentication, security, preferences and content delivery. Site administrators may encounter different cookies from ordinary public visitors.

At the prelaunch stage, we are not representing that personalized advertising or analytics has been activated. If we enable analytics, ad networks, affiliate tracking, embedded video, social widgets or other third-party technologies in the future, we will update relevant disclosures and implement consent or choice mechanisms where required by applicable law.

External sources and third parties

Our pages may link to official game documentation, publisher websites, or independently maintained community references. A link does not automatically mean that we share visitor information with the linked website. Once you visit a third-party service, its own terms and privacy practices govern how it handles your data. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent websites.

Why and when information may be used

  • Delivering requested pages and future calculator functions.
  • Keeping the website secure, diagnosing errors and detecting unreasonable automated traffic.
  • Investigating correction reports or responding to messages when a public contact channel exists.
  • Maintaining lawful operational records and complying with applicable legal requirements.
  • Improving accessibility, reliability and performance using appropriate technical information.

Retention and security

We try to use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data being handled. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security. Retention varies by type: some temporary operational data may be cleared quickly, while security or legal records may need to be kept longer. Future contact-form submissions will require their own specific retention and access policy before the form is launched.

Your privacy choices and requests

You can use browser settings to manage cookies and clear local storage, subject to limitations imposed by your browser and applicable technologies. Depending on your location and the nature of the information held, you may have legal rights to request access, correction, restriction, deletion, or other actions. To submit a privacy request, email contact@breedingcalculator.net with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

Visitors of different ages

Gaming websites may be accessed by younger visitors. We do not intend to require unnecessary personal information from children, and our basic planned calculator tools do not depend on creating accounts. We will assess relevant child-privacy obligations before introducing behavioral advertising, age-sensitive data collection or other features that could affect younger users.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy to reflect changes to the site’s features, providers, legal obligations, or actual handling of information. Material revisions will be reflected in the date above. The absence of a feature during prelaunch should not be taken as a promise that it will never be added.

For context on how our tools are developed, read our Editorial Policy and Terms of Use.
